This Privacy Policy explains how FitSpace (the “Platform”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. We collect only what is necessary — nothing more.
1. Data We Collect
- Your full name and email address
- Phone number (only if you provide it voluntarily)
- Purchase history: course name, price, date, payment method
- Technical data: device type, browser, operating system, IP address (for security and support)
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent, clicks — to improve your experience
- For AI voice translation: audio files of your course are sent temporarily to our partner, ElevenLabs, for speech synthesis. No personal identifiers (name, email, etc.) are shared. Original audio files are deleted within 24 hours after processing.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
- To create and manage your account
- To deliver purchased courses and translations
- To process payments and refunds via third-party providers (Stripe, Apple IAP, Google Play Billing, YooKassa)
- To provide technical support and fix issues
- To send essential notifications (e.g., service updates, refunds)
- To analyze usage and improve the Platform’s performance
- To prevent fraud and unauthorized access
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data under the following legal grounds:
- Performance of a contract (providing you with courses and services)
- Your explicit consent (e.g., for marketing emails)
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service optimization
- Compliance with legal obligations under GDPR, CCPA, and Russian law (ФЗ-152)
4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We do not sell or share your data for advertising. We only share it when necessary:
- Payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google, YooKassa) — to complete transactions. They are subject to their own privacy policies.
- AI voice provider (ElevenLabs) — only the audio file and target language are transmitted. ElevenLabs does not receive your name, email, or account data. Their AI safety practices include moderation and provenance tracking.
- Infrastructure partners (hosting, analytics, CDN) — under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Government authorities — only if required by law (e.g., court order, investigation).
5. Data Retention
We retain your data:
- While your account is active
- After account deletion — for up to 30 days to complete transactions and audits
- For legal or tax purposes — up to 5 years from last activity (as required by law)
- For AI-translated audio — deleted within 24 hours after synthesis is complete
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal exceptions)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

No system is 100% secure. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats.

We use:

- Analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) — to understand how you use the Platform

9. International Data Transfers
