By registering or using the FitSpace platform (the “Platform”), you, as the User, freely, voluntarily, and in your own interest, consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this policy and our Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA, and Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
1. Purposes of Processing
- Creating and managing your account;
- Providing access to courses, AI translations, and other services;
- Processing payments and refunds via third-party providers (Stripe, Apple IAP, Google Play Billing, YooKassa);
- Delivering essential service notifications (e.g., access issues, updates);
- Troubleshooting technical problems and providing support;
- Analyzing usage patterns to improve the Platform’s performance and user experience;
- Preventing fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse.
2. Categories of Personal Data Processed
- Name and email address;
- Phone number (if provided voluntarily);
- IP address, device type, browser, and operating system;
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent, clicks, and interactions;
- For AI voice translation: audio files of your course are temporarily sent to our partner, ElevenLabs, for speech synthesis. No name, email, or other personal identifiers are shared with ElevenLabs.
3. Conditions of Processing
- Processing is performed both with and without automated means.
- Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, or as required by law — up to 5 years after your last interaction for legal or tax compliance.
- Data may be shared only with:
- Payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google, YooKassa) — solely to complete transactions;
- Technical partners (hosting, analytics, CDN) under strict confidentiality agreements;
- Government authorities — only when required by law.
- International transfers (e.g., to the U.S. or EU) occur under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to ensure GDPR and FZ-152 compliance.

- Purpose limitation — data used only for stated purposes;

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. However, it may limit or prevent your access to certain Platform features.
7. AI Audio Safety
When using our AI voice translation service, your audio is processed by ElevenLabs, a leader in responsible AI audio through Moderation, Accountability, and Provenance. They do not retain your audio after processing, and no personal identifiers are shared. You consent to this processing as part of your use of the Platform.
